WHO ARE WE
In the early days Tower supplied many sports clubs and charities throughout the UK with lottery software and consultancy services. These services allowed the clients to operate their own fundraising lotteries enabling them the support and advice required to operate successful lotteries.
During the 2000’s Tower branched out into the full operation of lotteries. Many organisations who didn’t have the resources to allow them to fundraise through lotteries approached Tower, and partnerships were formed providing a full managed service, coupled with lottery player acquisition.
A significant part of our core business is acquired through our long standing agreements with air ambulance charities throughout the UK. The company has recruited lottery players for these organisations since 2009 with North West Air Ambulance and Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance being our first clients. We have since commenced fundraising with a further 12 air ambulance charities and now manage 6 of these lotteries in their entirety. In this period, Tower have recruited over 1,500,000 lottery players and through continued membership of their local air ambulance lottery, over £40m was raised in 2018 alone. This money is used directly to fund the lifesaving helicopters that fly to help people in their hour of need, ensuring the best possible care is provided. It is a truly astonishing amount of money and all the staff and fundraisers are proud of the part they play in helping generate such vital funds.
